- No website can meet 100% compliance – we and the industry are operating based on guidelines only. There is no approved and/or regulated legislation by which we can abide.
- These guidelines change frequently, without notice – any changes you make to your site after launch (i.e. update to images and/or copy) may affect your compliance.
That said, we highly recommend that you audit your site regularly, especially after you make substantial changes. Keep a record of your regular audit results and fixes made as evidence should a legal suit occur.
